The product was great and easy to use. I email the support team to identify a grow on the patio dish thinking I would hear back in a couple of days. They responded in under 12 hours and set my mind totally at ease about what it was and how I should handle it!
Kit came with everything needed. Easy to use. I emailed my pictures at 5:15 p.m. and got my report back at 9:02 p.m. Expected at least overnight, but it was fast and very helpful. Definitely recommend. Much better than sending samples to a lab and waiting for results.
